Hey guys,
Check this site out ...

Click on the "towing" link and they list tow hooks for a '97-'01 Durango 4x4. Did the Durango not get the rack and pinion steering setup like our Daks? Or why wouldn't the Durango tow hooks work on the new Daks??

I e-mailed them regarding the ones for the Dakota and they said that they would work on the 2000's. Not sure about the 01's but I would assume they would work. Only problem with these is that they come out from under the bottom of the bumper and if you ever sank the front end the tow hooks would be under the muck as well. Not a big problem, just have to dog them out a little. If I cant fabricate something then I plan on getting these. Just thought Id try and save $132. Then again, the last time I tried to save money it turned into a big nightmare. May just have to get them anyway.

Oh yeah? they exit beneath the valance? ahhhh hell. Thought they'd come out right through the tow hook opening.
Oh well. Back to the old drawing board. Sorry to rehash old news guys. Guess I didn't read close enuff in the other posting.

I only asked them about it fitting on 2000's. 2000's dont have the cutouts. I dont know if there may be a way to adjust them to come out through your holes or not.
