 Subject: damaged t-case bearing

89 dakota 4x4 v6 5spd.
I have a bad vibration starting at 40. Its not tires or ujoints. Iknow the clutch is bad so that might be it. But when I lifted up on the rear driveshaft it moved up and down in the transfer case. Could this be a bearing problem? I got the truck 1month ago and blew the rear ujoint on the interstate. could this have damaged the t-case? any help would be greatly appreciated. The truck is stock except for chrome rims and 31-10.50-r15 all-terrains. thanks for any help.
