Hi, thanks for the interest I'm located in Northeastern Minnesota. If you look at my other post 35's for sale you can get more info. on the tires. I'm not sure what shipping to yor area would be but I'm sure it isn't 30$ per tire because that was to the West coast so if your still interested I check this site almost everyday so reply. Later
