You need to prep the wheels first with the All Stick fastener spray. Coat at least 3 times and lightly sand per directions. Then make sure you use the Multi Stage Paint Hardner, between coats of your wheel paint and double coat after final spray and it won't chip. Rock hard paint for life! Did mine 3 years ago and not a chip!
