Wear?
Noise?
Cleans out well?
Pulls in--

Message: I bought a set of firestone destination mt tires
a year ago. They wear very funny, i have
maybe 20K mi on them and the truck shakes
like no tomorrow. They are balanced right, I
am however going to take them back to the
dealer and try to get them to fix the problem.
To have a name like firestone and not stand
by the product would not be good.
To answer your question about traction....
They kick as s. I have a tough time even
spinning them in the heavy muck. you are
more likely to get whip lash. I sh it you not.
however, the shaking and shimmying can
cause more mechanical issues, to the
vehicle. $$$

Message: take note to my previous message, you are in
florida... I live in ny where the mud is like glue,
at times and like ice a few feet later. if you are
in the sand you are more likely to dig your own
grave with these tires. meaning you are to
your axles probably.

Message: The waffle pattern on the tire is just horrible, I would go for some BFG's or some Goodyears. Stay away from the mud tire wanna-bes.

Message: I've had some decent mudders: wrangler MTs, Mud Rovers, and BFG MT's and the Firestone MT's outshined them all and here's why:
1. Fierce fierce grip, and I mean fierce. Colorado tested and approved.
2. They are the quiestest MT I've ever owned
3. I've had the destination mt's now for 15,000 and the treadwear has been excellent.
4. They are great on dryground, snow and rain.
5. The price is reasonable
I usually dont give a crap about tire's "looks" but they look very very very angry. ;-)

Message: I've also got a set of 33x12.5s and theyre great. In deep mud snow and pavement they seem to shine. Ive had dunlop mud rovers, swamper sx's and thornbird's and they are so far the best of both world's.They seem to be wearing great so far {only got a couple thousand miles on them}and the wear is minimal. They also look great on my truck with that mean sidewall. Havent aired them down to wheel yet but thats just cause I havent had to.
