A non-lifted 99 4x4 cc with a v-8? Searching the boards it seams most larger tire sizes have problems rubbing when the tire becomes to wide.

with the hansen bumper and some cranked torsion bars YES. other than that NO...

BFG all-terrain is the only one. TSL used to in a non-radial don't know if they still do, they even had a 34 at one time and they might still have a 32x9.5.
my other option is the dunlop radial rover 31x10.5 which is a true 31 od. any comments of this tire.
