Subject: torsion bar lifts IP: Logged
Message: I've seen alot of people talk about torquing the torsion bars to lift the front end.... Does it cause more wear on the front end susp.? Are there any cons. to doing it?

Message: I cranked mine about 8 months. Didn't change the ride. I wouldn't crank them all the way though. Your front boots will wear out quicker if you are in 4 wheel drive alot. Just one of the many crazy things we do to our trucks. Running 35's is bad for the truck also, but that's not going to make me take them off. I guess if it breaks... fix it. LOL
