I need some good performing rotors and pads that will hold up under 4wheeling. Been looking at PowerSlot, and PowerStop rotors and Hawk Pads.

So the survey is: What performance rotors and pads are you using on your 4x. Have they outlasted your OEM's?

A big question for you is what kinda 4x4n you doing? Vented, and cross drilled is a must because it helps cooling under hard breaking, and it helps keep all the dirt and garbage off the disk to prevent excessive scratching.

Remember though, disks are open, and water and mug DRASTICALLY reduce their preformance. After a good day 4x4n in a stock durango I found the front barely breaked at all, but the rear drums were doing great. Cross drilled and vented will help clear mud faster too.

Pat - Ex nihilo nihilus.
