What gear ratios are available for a stock 98 4X4 Dak. I
know there is 3.55, and 3.92, but is there anything

3.55 3.92 4.10 4.56 for 81/4 3.55 3.92 4.10 4.56 and I believe 4.88 for the front dana35 I've got the 4.56 for a 98 dakota if you need them I will sell them cheap with a REAR LOCKER.

Sand man: Thanks for the offer, but 4.56 are too tall. All
I have for tires are 32". Was thinking 3.92, or 4.10. Any
opinions on which would be better. I don't want to be
doing 60 mph and 3000 rpm. I do tow a 1500lb. tent
trailer. thanks.

bowhunter, I got 33's and I'm running the 4.56. At 60-65mph my rpm's are about 2200. just FYI.
