I just got my new 98 CC 2WD V6 Dak and i was thinking about getting a 3 inch body lift so i could run 32s but the damn off road shop here said after tax, it would be $745 installed and the BFGs i wanted would be 134 a piece plus alignment and installation and everything. so i was wondering if i could fit a 31x10.5x15 BFG A/T on my stock rim on my truck????

Stephen...I put 31x10.50x15s on my '97 CC 4x4 on stock wheels. They rubbed a little at full lock, especially in reverse. I think the 16" wheels that DC puts the 265/70 tires on have a different backspacing.

$750 would buy you the Fabtech 3" pro lift for the 2WD Dak. Install would likely run you another $600 depending on who you get to do it... And the kit doesn't allow for backspacing greater the 3 3/4 inches I believe... So you'd be buying new wheels as well. I'd say go with the body lift. I think that's the route I'll be taking. I'd like to see a 2WD dak with a 3" body lift first tho.

31's will probably fit ok if you have the stock 15x7 rims. If you have the 15x8's then it may be pretty close.

I have a 2000 dak quad cab, I was wondering what the largest tire was i could install on a stock truck with 15in rims.

yeah i have the 15x7s...thanks alot, this is gonna be alot better on my wallet...im only 15 so i cant afford too much. thanks guys.
