Subject: Long Travel?? IP: Logged
Message: Has anyone with a Gen3 4X2 dakota made a long-travel kit for the front? OR Lower control arms so you have the full suspension travel with a 3 in lift? I would like any help that you can give and i will keep you posted on what i find and or Fab up.

Message: hey supposedly there is a production long arm kit being manufactured by AIM/Chassis Tech/Truckin. it uses lifted coil springs, 3.5" longer than stock arms, and will give around 4" of lift. they wouldn't give me a travel estimate but cost should be around $650. also check out ORCMotorsports.com because they have a long travel kit also. although it requires alot of fabrication and is about 4 grand. let me know how it goes.
