Message: I have officially Pounded that crap out of mine in 2 straight weekends of good hard wheelin.
1 word SOLID!!!
I was getting some air off some of the dunes at Pismo and was landing hard on it at times and it took the abuse well. Wish my new front skid plate held up as good but it did its job and will fix no problem.

Message: Overheating? That's a first. The lift does lower the fan about 3 inches down, but still a good sum of air still flows into that fan shroud. Just leave the shroud on, trim it down a little so it clears the fan, then u should be fine. I have had the body lift for almost a year and i never experienced temperatures higher than 250.

Message: ok i can shed some light.
the bottom of the shroud with the 3 or 4 holes in it that used to be attached to the bottom rad support is now 3 inches lower and a lot of air from the fan leaves thru the bottom.i was sitting in traffic on a hot day with the a/c on and the temp guage was raising into the red and i run a 180 stat.i had a rubber mud flap from an kenworth that i cut and installed it from the shrod to the rad support to close up the gap.

Message: About the manual tran. you have to cut and weld a 3" bar stock, good luck it's a pain cause you have to weld it back together right or you will have to do some bending. about the shroud, I cut mine and it ended up breaking into two pieces. so good luck

Message: with the 3 inch it requires you to cut a few inches off the bottom shroud... i had my body lift on for over a year and i've had no problems
