has anyone had experience with these tires? I know they are new and there is not much info on em yet. also does anyone have any pics of daks or durangos with these tires on em.

i havent tried them yet but swampers are all really good tires; if you're planning to off road them i'd actually suggest goin with a more aggressive tread

i'm doing a solid axle swap this summer and looking in to getting these tires (35"). i was talk with a guy who has these on his cherokee (33") he said that they were great even on the road the weren't to loud and the wore really nicely and were easy to balance, also the treat self cleans well in snaw and mudd. he had a few miles on them already and there was lots of tread left on them exept the right rear. he had a bit of a heavy foot. i tink i will be picking up a set soon love the side wall on them

I like em but I couldn't find a good size to fit on my truck that is a radial. I saw an excursion on a set had to 38's and its the nicest truck I've seen in a while.

I have a set of the 265/75/R16 MT's about to be mounted on my stock 16x8 sport rims. These are some incredible tires. (link below to their website) I like them anyhow.

I'm lucky too because my neighbor owns a 4x4 shop and can get them dirt cheap. Yeah!

Chad has them on his Dakota, although I haven't seen him around here much lately. Here is a pic of his truck with the TrXus tires.

Those are the Truxus M/Ts , the STS tire is more of an all-terrain tire.

I got 33x12.5x15 STS's on my 97'. I mounted them on American 15x8 Bajas. So far I'm pleased with them. They do hum alittle more then I thought they would though. I should have some pics for ya's next week. The picture to the left is an old one.

As far as I know Redneck went with something other than the TrXus. I have them on mine and I love them. They are louder than what I expected but I can turn the radio up and ignore them. Here are pics.

sahara scott, how many miles do you have on those tires, and how are they holding up? did you crank the torsion bars up front to get a bit of extra clearence? any effects of a 12.5 on the stock 8" rim?

I have had these tires on my truck for 10,000 miles. I have rotated them twice and don't see a bit of wear on them. The key is rotating them every 4-5 grand. The 12.5's have no problem on 8" wheels. I have my torsion bars totally cranked and I get a bit of a rub on the rear of the front fenders when I am at full extension and the suspension flexes.

Actually I've had them on the truck for 15 months now and I have driven about 12,000 miles on them. They look almost brand new. I do have them balanced and rotated every other oil change though. I haven't had any problems with the tires on the stock wheels. They don't even rub.
As for the t-bars I do have them cranked up to lift the front end about 1.5".

I have used the TrXus M/Ts for about 4 years and LOVE THEM!!!
They are surprisingly quiet on the highway considering the tread pattern.
And I just bought another set of them for my newer Dakota and love them too!!!
They grip, bite, and grab at whatever you put in front of them.

i am about to get these tires (33x12.5) and i was wondering if they are loud enough to hear coming down the street. See im going threw the loud tire faze and i want a pretty good tire that is loud enough to hear but good enough to last.
