Subject: What tires? IP: Logged
Message: I'm getting Some new tires that are 31-10.5-15 on my dakota when i get my body lift this weekend. I have three different tires picked out but I don't know which ones.(all mounted and balanced) I can get some Yokohama Geolanders A/T for $450.00 with a 40,000 mile warranty, or Dunlop RV Rovers for $473.00 with a 50,000 mile warranty, or even the Bridgestone Dueler A/T for $484.00 with a 60,000 mile warranty. I'm woundering which tire will performe best over all on road and off road in mostly soft sand and some mud . Has anybody owned any of these tires and have any pros or cons of them?

Message: Well, my common sense meter tells me to go with the best value(i.e. more miles for less dollars), but I am a man and with that comes stupidity when it comes to certain things (i.e bigger and cooler looking is better).
I have Dueler A/T Revos on mine and I love them. They cost a little more, they are a good compromise of looks and durability. Several people have the Yokohamas and say good things about them. It just comes down to personal preference in the end along with budget.

Message: i'd go with the yoko's, the geolanders are awsome tires! i had the dunlop r/v rovers and was very dissapointed with them in the snow. plus the rovers can be a lil noisy. but they wear like steel!
