Message: Would it be possible to fit 32 x 11.5 R15's on my 97 4x4? I have to torsion bars cranked for about and inch and half and think that these would clear pretty good. I was just wondering and I would like to use the stock rims if at all possible. Anyone know??

Message: They should work fine. Many here used to run or still run 32x11.50s on stock rims at stock height. Which tire you choose will determine how much if any rubbing you will have. Some 32"s are bigger than others.

Message: I was running 32s on stock wheels before i put on my body lift, i wheeled it and the only rubbing i had was on the frame when making a really sharp turn. Eventulay you get used to it and find yourself not rubbing anymore because you wont turn the wheel that far anymore...good luck with the tires.
i recomend the bfg mud terrains...i got them and i love them.

Message: I have 32"x11.50" Wrangler MT/R's on my stock '97 CC 4x4. I'm using the stock rims too. I have some rubbing occasionally but nothing too serious. The rubbing in always in the front, normally the front of the tire on the frame during a hard turn. Although I have noticed lately that I will occasionally rub something else when turnning and hitting a good sized bump.

Message: My dad tried a set of the Bridgestone Dueler MTs in 33x12.5 on his ram a few years ago. I asked him about them and he said traction was good but they did wear very fast. He said 28k miles from the set rotating properly and in warm weather. After that he ran BFG MTs of the same size. 55k out of the BFGs much better for a little more added cost.

Message: Anyone know if a 285-75 Bridgestone M/T would fit without rubs? This would be on the stock rims of a 2001 4x4 Quad Cab?
T-Bars cranked up about 1 1/4"?
These tires are about 2" taller and 1/2" wider then the stock Goodyear A/T's.

Message: I ran the dueler mt's for a few months on my dakota. I wasn't totally crazy about them because i didn't get as much traction with them as i do with my bfg mt's. Occasionally i would slip and slid with the duelers as if they were radials, but in the same spot, it's no match for the bfg's. They did wear down pretty fast as well. They aren't as noisy as the bfg's though.

Message: Thanks for the input Chaximus. It seems that the overall contention is that the BFG's are the better tire as far as traction and length of life.
But they are expensive!!! $171 ea. for 265-75-16's

Message: 4wheelparts.com has them for $168 each plus free shipping just in case you're interested. That's where I bought mine from. I think mine were $141 each for the 33x12.50x15s.

Message: I have 32x11.5x15 on my 00CC on stock rims. I have the Bridgestone ATs and only have rubbing at full lock with compresion. And the MTs are a radial tire.
