Depends if it's a frame or bumper mount type. If it bolts to the bumper it will work just fine. Only thing I would recommend is having someone weld plates to the side of the bumper relocation brackets otherwise it wobbles pretty easy. If it's a frame mount you'll have to re-drill or use custom brackets. Anything can be done with enough time or money.
