I was scrolling through ebay like I usually do searching for parts when I stumbled upon this.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1872788708

It looks almost identical to the hanson bumper with the following options on it:
hanson bumper $700
grille gaurd $140
headlight guard $150
frenched lights $240
shackle tabs $ 50
$1280

I e-mailed him to see about how much he wanted and told him I was posting this to see what kind of interest there was in them. I'll post back with a price as soon as I get it.

i like the looks of the bumper, but noticed one thing. If lifting our trucks with the 3 inch body lift, and most of us still need to do a little fender modifications, i.e. cutting, then the corners of the bumper on the bottom of the wheel wells of the bumper look way too sharp. I tried to look at the pictures as hard as i could to see if the were rounded at all and they didn't look it. SO during heavy off-roading it looks like it could possibly damage the tires. Just a thought.

I see what you're saying I'll see if he has some other pics that show that better. It's dark in those pics and I can't tell where the bumper ends. Even if they aren't angled enough I'm sure we could just suggest/ask that he make them a sharper angle for better tire clearance.

I doubt it would be worth the work or extra $$ making it work with a body lift anyway arch13angel. Better off having a local fab shop do it right the first time IMO. Not a bad looking bumper at all for a shadetree fabber:)

i finished mine finally, it still needs x-liner i'm thinking yellow. still need to finish the rear one hope it will be carring a 35" tire and a jack, but that's after the solid axle swap. this bumper is home to a 8,000 warn winch and two 8" lights. it works great and stands up to the abuse.

very true 2THEEXTREME, i'm stickin with my regular front bumper. I was just noteing that in the fabrication of that bumper it looked like the edges were not rounded enough, and trying to save some heartache for a potential buyer.

The man e-mailed me back and said $600 for the basic bumper... I'm not sure what he considers a "basic" bumper though. I'm going to ask for more details and still waiting on a better pic of the edges by the wheel opening.
