Message: Without a custom bumper, baja fender flares, or a lift, the largest you can go is 32". And even with those, after cranking the t-bars a little, you might have some minor rubbing. 33's would be out of the question.
I think all the guys here running 33's have a 3" lift or greater except for Dweishaar (http://www.dodgedakota.net/cgi-bin/amb/lookup.pl?user=dweishaar) who has the fender flares, and forexfour (http://www.dodgedakota.net/cgi-bin/amb/lookup.pl?user=forexfour) who has the hanson bumper.

Message: I have a 99 CC and just put 32" BFG ATs on. I didn't have to do any trimming, but they do rub a little on the frame when cranked to the left. I did level the truck out with the torsions bars, and have the stock rims.

Message: you can find 32's just about anywhere and any brand. almost every kind of truck tire will come in a 32 inch. it just depends on how wide you want it.

Message: One more question,If I put a 3" body lift on the truck would I be able to fit 33's also is it harder to a body lift on a newer truck like a 99.I have put one on my old truck which was a 95 Z71.That wasnt bad.Would I have to cut the fan shroud and extend the sterring colum? Thanks for the help

Message: With a 3" body lift you can clear 33's. As far as the difficulty of putting the body lift on, most say it is very easy, but takes about 6-8 hours. Here is a link to Dakota Dodge's install site with pics.
