Message: The prices for my bumper are right in line with what he has on the site for the base bumper and the shackle hasps. The killer for me was having to ship it from cali to TN - that cost me 225 clams. If I could have picked it up, I'd have gotten the grill guard and some light extrusions, and still come in under 1000 bucks.
The install is impossible - unless you have a friend to help you. As you might imagine, the bumper is fecking heavy. With two people, it takes about 5 minutes to get the bumper set in place, adjusted, and bolted on if you have the proper ratchets and accessories. One thing I will point out is that the grade 5 bolts Wayne sent with the bumper were too short. I've got some grade 3 in there now, and some grade 8's laying around just in case I have problems with the grade 3's.

Message: I would definitely put the grade 8's in there, the last thing you want is for those 3's to break when your pullin a chevy hahaha.
It looks good though man, I sometimes wish I could have one of those and ram the slow movers out of the fast lane hehe j/k
Now what happens with the air bag sensors? Does it just take a lot more to set them off?

Message: Rattle Can! LOL!!!
I wonder why Wyane sent Grade 5, he used grade 8 when mounting mine.
C,
Did he finally incorporate the third bolt to prevent up and down pivoting where the bumper mounts to the Frame?
I did not check in your pictures. If he did not you may want to look into adding one.
I have not done mine yet but I am gonna soon. I will send you a picture of what I mean.
To anyone else who buys a Hanson Bumper if you need help shipping this I can probably help you out. Since I live 30 min away from Hanson I could pick up and ship for a cost of about .40 per lb. to the nearest major airport where you would have to pick it up but it would take a max of about 4 days. Just FYI.
C if I new you where buying one I would have offered. That would be about $100.00.

Message: forexfour - No third bolt yet - I'd love to see what you're talking about though. I'm going to drop those 8's in there next chance I get - if you can get my the picture of what you mean, and I can get it done, I'll get two more bolts and do that when I make the swap.
Frank D - I'm in Ashland City, about 10 miles north of Nashville - I do tree work in brentwood about once a month. I've never run into anyone else on these boards from around here. It'd be cool to get together sometime, you can take a look at my bumper and see what you're buying.
