Message: You need a front axle...preferably a straight axled Dana 44 out of a Bronco.
You need a transfer case...preferably a NP231 out of a Jeep or a transfer case Dodge unit for easy install and availability.
Front drive shaft.
Suspension...preferably a coil-over set-up. Could use the coil lift spring set-up from a Bronco also, or you could use a leaf set-up.
All the little pieces to make steering and braking and what not work.
Lots or money and one hell of a shop to work on it.
OR
You could go the not so great way of transfering parts from a wreaked 4X4 dakota into your truck, might be less money and headaches, but not by much, and it will not be nearly as nice as the straight axle.
