Subject: 2WD Lift Set-up?? IP: Logged
Message: I have a 97 2WD CC/sport. I am looking at doing a 3in suspention lift. If i get 3in coil springs (and possibly 2in coil spacers) and shocks for the front and shackle lifts and shocks for the rear, will this work?

Message: Hey i'm not totally familiar with the 97 models but i think it's more wise to buy the lift kit than just parts. You are talking about putting 3 inch coils and 2 inch coil spacers, i don't think that will be a good idea...waaaaay too much compression on those coils. Will max it out and u will have no articulation. But then again, i'm not familiar with 97's cuz i got a 00.
