Subject: Need help with tires!!!!!! IP: Logged
Message: ok i have a 2000 2wd CC and i jsut ordered a 3in body lift and fabtechs 2in leveling lift. I know i can fit 32s but is there any chance i could fit 33s Xterrains with some trimming? i really wanted Xterrains but i dont think they come in 32s. Any recommendations of 32s? i was thinkin super swampers. also would it be better to order tires of internet or go to a local shop?

Message: Hey!
I've got a 2002 with 2" body and 1"
front susp. lift. I put 33x13.5 Micki T / Baja claws with 15x7" dodge rims on it and the only problem I have is rubbing on the front right frame rail when I turn hard left.

Message: Like I said before I have the Micki T Baja Claws their the meanest tire out there. I think! e-mail me at kpatry@shaw.ca and I can send you a fiew pics of them. You could get them in a smaller size to fit your dak. They come in bias and raidial. But the bias is 100 times more agresive looking and working.

Message: FUBAR...U mounted 33 x 13.50 tires to 15 x 7 inch rims??? How long have you had that setup, and did you notice any problems with tire ware. I test fit a set of 33 x 12.50's on 8 inch rims froma buddy the other day and there was no rubbing with my 3" lift on my 4X4. I would like to stick with my factory 15 x 7 rims though because I am a cheap Ba@#*@d. What do you think about this setup... PRO's and CON's

Message: I've had them for about 6 months. And ya I know I'm pushing it but that is all I could do at the time. As for tire wear they are a little round in the tread but I run them at 25 psi and that seems to make up for the difference. Rember I have the bias ply and therefor thick side walls. As for your 15 x 7 rims and the "Claws" I was thinking of a tire around the size of 31" x 12.5" x 15". The 12.5" tires shouldn't rub. E-mail me for the pics of the tires in action (kpatry@whites.com)
