Man, You suck, now I gotta go out and get my truck dirty :)

Who says Dakotas with body lifts can't wheel offroad!

What was up with the guy with the BFG mudterrains, I can't believe he got stock.

Those Thornbirds look impressive on those slick rocks!

What's next on your list of mods?

Jeff - Ive always had a blast at this event...how can wheeling in mud and rocks NOT be fun??

4WDakota - Next is a possible 3" Rancho Lift (its used, but lowers the $$$.... Also the Racerback in coming off in favor of a double / single Grizzly Roll Bar)

Walt - How are ya? Long Time no hear. Yes You DO! I think you could make it up...considering you have 2x the traction as i do...hehe.. It will be a challenge thou. It took all of us about 10-15 minutes to work the right line...

Dakota,
I’ve wanted to get up to Jon’s for a few years now. I’m in the middle of a bunch of different projects right now. The 88 is still sitting awaiting an engine transplant. The 96 is going in two weeks to get a 6’ plow mounted because I’m not shoveling that driveway this year. The Ram has been parked in the storage bay since March. I’m contemplating selling it and getting rid of the monthly payment. I only owe a few grand on it right now and KBB says the book is $22K. I think if I can get $20K, I’ll unload it. The Barracuda is going to be the big winter project. I have one of those Keisler 5-speed kits sitting in the garage right now. That will be installed within the next month. Then, if I can get the trim I’ve been haggling over with someone online, it’s off to the body shop for paint. Going with Plum Crazy again with a white vinyl top and a white 69 formula “S” stripes with the 340 cutouts on the fenders. Should look sharp when I’m done.

So how is life in Maine? Buy a snowmobile yet? I’ll most likely be heading up sometime over the winter for a few days for some sledding or skiing. Maybe we can hook up.
