Subject: Two Tire Questions ? IP: Logged
Message: 1. Can you put 35x12.5x15 tires on 15x12 rims?
I really like how 12 inch rims make the tires
stick out. I was thinking Pro Comp XTerrains
or the Goodyear MTRs.
2. Can a 15x12 inch rim fit on a 99 Dodge Dak
5.2L 4x4 ?
This site is awesome. I can't wait to get my tuff country lift and body lift on.

Message: You could do the 15X12 rim, but i wouldn't recommend it. The 12" rim does look good, but that is generally with swampers that are 14" wide. Your best bet is a 10" rim...it'll look way better with a 12.50 tire.
And i'm not sure if they make a 12" rim for our trucks, they probably do, but i still say go with the 10" wide rim, you'll like it.

Message: Most 12.5 wide tires recommend that yout wheel be 8 to 10 inches wide.
I dont think a 12" wide wheel will work.
