I Was going to do the same thing to go with my 3" fabtech lift, but all three of the baja and off road places said if you go off-road.....DON'T. body lifts are for cosmetics only, and the spacers will punch throught the body (bad juju). I accomadated 33"x1250's with fender flares and expelling the rear fender.

Yeah body lifts are bad off road and will punch through the body.......................................................................................................................................................If you are going 75 mph and getting 5 feet into the air repeatedly, like say in a Baja race.

For the average off roader, they are fine.

juju is like quasi mojo, but worse. and i do a lot of duning, so the body lift was a bad call for me. i thought everyone liked to do 50-60 through the desert and see what their truck is really made of..........so sorry

is the truckin suspension lift the only one out for the 2000 plus daks??
because here in town i saw a dakota quad silver with 33's riding in the opposite direction of me and he was a good 3 maybe 4 inches higher than me and it looked smooth and level and everything... and he had the 10 inch rims that stick out and all....if i could just see him somewhere and ask him what he's got but everytime i see him around town i see him driving...
and i have a 3 inch body lift on my quad and his just towered over mine obviously.....

depends if you have 2wd or 4wd. i know that tuff country makes a 5.5 for 4wd 99's. might wanna check with them. they're site says they only have through 99, but who knows how long it's been since they updated their site.

i'm not sure if he's 4wd or 2wd but he has a quad cab. quads didn't come out till 2000
so there is no lift that big that any of us quad owners have heard of on these forums that have been able to find besides the truckin susp lift.....
do you think the 99 lifts fit the 2000+??

No the 99 lift will not fit `00s and up due to changes in the steering set-up.

The truck you saw could have the Whiplash 10 in susp. lift kit on it , as they also make a kit for pre-`00 Dakotas as well as `00 and up.
