 Subject: HELP NEEDED!!

i have a 2002 quad 4x4 and the lower radiator hose is very very close to the fan.....does anyone else have this problem? truck runs great but i'm not comfortable driving around knowing the fan is 1/8th of an inch away from the hose.....
anyone have a solution or suggestion? please help....
oh and the reason for the problem is because I installed the 3 inch body lift....

You can get a longer radiator hose...try Napa

i got a hose at napa today made for a 1985 ford pickup.....fits perfect and clears away from the hose about half a inch....i think that should be plenty....

Has the dealer haggled about the Body lift?
I'd like to get one put on but just yesterday they haggled about how I modified my hood release { speed grill } and were giving me sh$t about it.

Mine was close after the body lift too. I used two zip ties and tied it back 3/4 of a inch further away. I know, thats a little shady. But I think that in time the hose will take on the new shape as it heats ands cools. I know I should replace it with the extension from the kit.

i did the extension but it didn't seem to give me much room the way the instructions said..
it was pretty much the same maybe quarter inch in difference to the 1/8th inch.....
but every bit counts...
