Subject: Skid plates on a 4X2? IP: Logged
Message: Anyone know if the fuel tank and front suspension skid plates will fit on a 2001 4X2?
Why? Because I do occasionally go "off road" with my 4X2.
Thanks!

Message: Where do you live? I replaced mine with steel so I have the stock plates with a little damage. Hell I will send them to you if you want. I am not sure if Fuel tank plate will fit but I would think so.

Message: My Fuel tank plate is Metal from the factory. I have the 22 gallon tank and that is metal and pretty durable.
I responded to some one who asked if the Metal would cover the larger tank but never heard back if it would work. I think the way it is setup it would not cover the whole tank but 85% or so.
You can find the metal on at the mopar site for a club cab 4x4 2000.

Message: Forexfour, thanks for the offer to send me your old skid plates, but since you live in CA and I'm in Delaware I should think that they would be rather expensive to ship.
So no one really knows if they would fit anyway?
