Ok, here you go Ian...a whole post for you...like i said in my post on born2steel21's post...here is your chance to defend yourself and your product. All you have to do is...

APOLIGIZE
ADMIT KNOBBY'S LIFT WAS JUNK
PROVE YOU FIXED THE LIFT AND NOW IT WORKS!

I don't know how you can prove your lift works...whether you install it on a truck and have a major magazine cover it or you just start installing your lift on ever person's truck who is willing to drive down there and pay for the lift. Install it on people that regularly post on this site. You cover installation costs. You give it a warranty. You put your a$$ on the line.

Make us believe you aren't the scum we think you are. Make us believe your lifts aren't junk. Prove it.

PROVE IT!

I'll be the first to buy your lift if you can actually fulfill those three things.

I already said working with knobby was a mistake. I already said we made an exception to our policy to do a guy a favor.

The kit was wrong we followed our procedure of correcting parts to the customer's ideas of what is right. Yeah we got some wrong in the process and we still kept it going to get the parts right. Our staff was doing our best to fix a kit we could not see or measure ourselves. Remember this was still outside of our policy and a favor to the first anxious customer. It was a mistake and I have already said that and I already said Knobbys kit is a POS. Unfortunatly due to circumstances out of my control I am no longer authorized to do anything for Knobby even if he were interested in our new corrected kit.

All of our brackets have been updated to correct driveline and steering angles, unneeded parts have been eliminated and the upper a arm drop down brackets have been reinforced. We have had trucks in the Phoenix area for test installs. There are numerous shops out there that have installed the kits. The kits work.

Basically it is like this: We made a mistake in our first 4inch kit sale. We have been left in a position where we can do nothing about it. The kits have been corrected and work.

Ian, I agree that having the work on Knobbys truck done in his yard was probably a bad mistake. You can never replace the facility of a full shop. I also understand that this was a test to see if the kit fit, which many components did not. But you say you fixed it too. OK. No pointing fingers. But his truck being out of service for months sucked you must admit. And it ended up costing him alot of $$$.
Now before anyone else tries your lifts again, your gonna have to show that the components are trust worthy. I have a 1990 Dak 2wd. I really want your 3in susp lift. But due to not knowing ANYONE with this lift that had it work for them, I am holding off. Can you send me a name and address of a past customer who I can contact about this lift? I know there have been alot of sh!t flyen around here about Truckinsuspension. But if I can get a positive answer from someone about this lift, My decision to spend $400.00 in your company will be easier.
I also want to ask about lift spindles. Over 1 1/2 years ago, one of your reps told me they would be out by Jan. 01. Then it was later waiting for the Ranger lift to be done. Then it was Jan. 02, now is is what? Can you get this info? For a possible customer...
I dont believe you are the cause for any of this stuff. Your just the easy target for guys here. I am not going to call you names or shoot at you. I just want some answers from you about your company and products. Have a nice day.

Thank you for replying Ian, it shows your willing to stand up and say your product works...now my only question is your warranty policy...do you have one? Now that you actually have a production lift kit, if i get it and it is just a bunch of headaches because of install problems...what will you guys offer me? It will be installed by a local professional lift installer, so i'm not worried about my lifters abilites, i'm worried about your lifts. Anyway you could get some of your customers with the lifts to post on this site with pictures? Thank you again for replying, and i'm sorry for snapping at you, but i'm sure you can understand the position many of us are in with all these rumors of false hope and crappy components.

Ok Ian, maybe you and knobby had a bad conflict and things would have worked out better if the truck had been in a shop, having said that, all I want to know is, if I have the 6.5 inch lift installed on my 2001 Quadcab will I have any alignment problems? I will be having the lift installed by a local shop that has installed hundreds of lifts over the years so I'm sure they can handle the install. All I want is something in writing stating that the lift will not affect my being able to have the truck aligned. If you can do that then I will be ordering a lift. Also I do hope you have the fitment problems worked out.

Disregard my last post Ian! I hadn't seen the other post where you clearly pointed out how big of a prick you and your company are! You'll not get a dime of my money. All you had to do was admit you were wrong! We didn't ask for you to tell us about Knobby's personality! You lied! Plain and simple! Are you trying to say that you told Knobby "Hey look, this is a hacked up 6.5 lift that may not work but we are gonna still charge you the same amount as if the lift were ready to go! By the way if the lift doesn't work oh well, no refunds!" What idiots you must really think we are! I really am glad to see your ads in the magazines! Now I know what BS they print in them and exactly how little they know about what the hell they print! Good day and buzz off!

OPINIONS ARE LIKE....WELL, YOU KNOW THE REST!!
