Subject: Ram Air hood with intake to match

Message:
Does anyone know of an intake that can work with a ram air hood, not one that channels the air to the factory air box, but one that is designed to flow through the hood -into the element and straight down into the throttlebody, which would replace the big black plenum over the intake manifold? RamAirbox.com has the design that I like but I would like to find something like a suncoastcreations hood-duel intake ram air, then into a ram air box. Has anyone ever been to a truck show or been to a web site and seen anything like this??

Home brewed is best.

I thought about buying a pre formed cowl hood ro something that didn't look to "Ricey" and then modifying to really pull air through a filter to the hood.

But I wonder how NOISY that sucker would be???
Probably LOUD as heck!

Mine channels air to the intake through the hood scoop. Works good. Sometimes I can see snow or water get sucked in. The engine runs better with the cold air also. (1% HP increase for every 10* drop in intake temp.) Dan
