Can someone help me get more low end power out of my engine? I'm not a racer, im an offroader so most mods that give power gains come at a higher rpm, which is not where i need it. I already have headers, catback system, intake and chip. Any suggestions? How about a cam? would this help?
Oh, almost forgot, i have a 2001 4.7L.

What about different gear ratio?Do you have tall tires?Do you have the stock 355 gear?

I have the 3.55 running the stock 31" tires. I thought about that, but isnt that kinda pricey, like around a grand?

Yes that would be pricey,but than as they say-You want to play you got to pay.If you do more off roading,than street driving,Id get lower gears.

I called Dodge here in Washington State and he said he can not find an HO Cam for the 4.7, but could I get a part# so I can order two for my truck. Thanks.

Don't look them up for the dakota. Look them up for your 2002 Jeep Grand with the 4.7 HO engine. *wink wink*:)
