Message: I was crusing around the town with some freinds last night and this ragged out Nissan pulls up beside me(probably a early 90's model)and I look over and got the guys attention.Well he did set a little higher than me but when I looked down all I could see was frame,EVERYWHERE!!.I asked him how much body lift and he's says 6" and then yells"I wanted to clear 33's Then I say"I got 32's STOCK".He didn't beleive me so I told him to pull over and check it out for himself. He looked pretty bummed after that!!!!Back to the Nissan, this thing had major issues,Why would you put 6" of body lift on a Nissan?? Message: What did he do? Stack two 3" kits on top of another? Pretty unsafe IMHO.

Message: Why would you put 6" of body lift on anything:) Few years back I came across a nearly new 4-door S10 Blazer at a local Ice Cream stand with at least 6" of Body Block homemade with solid Aluminum Blocks and cobbed up bumpers. He was running 33's with no suspension lift or fender mods and looked good from a distance. Up close, it looked like crap, you could almost crawl between the body and frame there was so much room and nearly the entire engine was exposed in the front wheel well cuz it had no lift lips(like it would have made a diff). I think that is just plain idiotic and dangerous to themselves and everyone else on the road creating an eyesore like that.
Flowmaster stainless cat back, Air Raid CAD and homemade TB connect, Poweraid TB Spacer, Splitfire Plugs 3 inch body and 1.5" block lift, 33x11.50-16's, Superlift Truspeed Recalibrator Powerslot Rotors, Ceramic Brake Pads

Message: Not to mention illegal, in most states, 3 or 4 inch body lift is the limit. You can't raise the center of gravity that much, safely, and legaly!!

Message: My budy had 4" of suspension lift and 6" of body on his IFS Toyota and ran 40" with cut out fenders. He made his own blocks and welded 6" washers to the body for added strenght. He is also and Mechanic and new what he was getting into, but he wheeled the hell out of it. Now he has got a typical chevy 6" w/ 35's.
