I know some of you guys might already have this but for those that dont, here you go.

I was really getting bothered by the soft rear leaf springs on my Dak. I was used to my F150's and being able to put a ton of weight in the bed and it barely get level. The least bit of weight in the Dak and the back end was sagging. Also seemed way to soft on bumps etc. Well, I found a way to change that for $48 and 2.5 hours of elbow grease.

Call up your nearest 4 Wheel Parts store and get you a set of Fabtech helper springs.
Comes with two leafs, and two new center bolts.

I did mine today and omg, I cant believe the difference. I can really put some weight in the bed now, without it drooping. Stiffened up the ride imensely, but it is not harsh at all. Much better in turns, etc. I had my truck leveled out but raising the T-bars a little, and now it is back high in the rear, much like it was stock. Not bad at all though, but it definitely gives the rear some lift. I am considering going ahead and raising the T-bars some more, but not sure yet if I want to. It doesnt bother me with it a little high in the rear, that way where I am hauling something, it will ride level, and with the rear a bit higher, it does make it a "bit" more aero-dynamic. Another thing I noticed, is it REALLY helps out with rear axle hop off-road as it stiffens up the spring pack making it harder for the axle to wrap and twist.
So if you want to raise your rear, and just dont really care for blocks like me, or want to be able to carry a bot more weight, these add-a-leafs are the way to go. For the price, they cant be beat.

Yeah, I agree with you too. These guys want to raise their trucks but really don't do it logically. On the two wheel drive side they want to add coil spacers on instead of putting the right springs and a-arms on. Yeah, it costs more but look what they're doing to their trucks. They lose the travel and don't understand what they're doing to their ball joints. I guess everyone lives and learns.

Wouldn't want any other!
