Subject: Need help with dropping truck
IP: Logged

Message:
I have a set of 2inch drop spindles for the front and I am buying a set of Eibach coils which drop the front another inch. Now, the problem I have is with the back. How do I drop the back 5inches? Should I get a set of rear leafs or can/should I just using the shackles and hangers?

Thanks
Dan

shackles and hangers work well for the Daks 97-99 only. if you have a 2k on up then use the Hotchkis drop rear springs along with a 1" drop block.

if the DJM works, then dont worry, back when I did my drop, no one had hangers, shakles or they were not sure if they would fit the 2k Dak, so I went with Hotchkis springs, thats all.
