20's on a 4x4, easy!!!! I've got a 99 extracab on 20's, lowered it 6 inches in the rear and 51/2 inches in the front. It actually sits lower than a stock 2wd. looks bitchen and the 4wd still works too. the only drawback is the driveline needs to be shortened an inch to go that low.

i would hope dropping it 6 inches would let it sit lower then a 2x4, considering a 4x4 sits only 3 inches higher then a 2x4.
