I bought a set from Aim Industries. They picture the c notch and they give generic instructions for the install. Look them up on the internet. Good luck.

I've got a few sets left if you are interested. Only $40 plus $10 shipping. I got them laser cut out of 1/4" thick steel, but they would be extremely hard to do by hand. Here is a pic of them, hit me up if you are interested.
