Can you put airbags with the Hotchkis rear leafs? I pull a boat and it causes the axle to bottom out on the frame.

yes, check out summit, the firestone kit, for midsize pickups lowered fromm 2-7 inches part#air-59102 , or use belltechs kit

You might want to also look into the Roadmaster Active Suspension System. I have them on my Hotchkis leafs and I love them.
It's inexpensive, high quality, and super easy to install.
I have 380 pounds of sand bags over my axle right now and it lowered it only a tad if that helps any.
