FOr anyone wondering if the 1999 Ball Joints will fit a 2000...they will I just installed a set on my truck today...no problems at all. Might I add, the Moog's are very well built and look like they will last quite a while.

How hard is this to do, and what all has to be done? Im not real knowledgable about this situation but I think my left side is shot.

Well, it takes a couple air tools they way I did it. I used a cutoff wheel to make X-shaped cuts on the top of the rivets, an air chisel to knock the tops off the rivets and the same air chisel to knock the rivets out. Everything else is easy.
