Message: Hi, I'm running 2400 bags on the front of my 2000 QC V-6. It does not want to lift. I have to run 125psi to get it to lift and ride worth crap at all. Do the 2500 or 2600 bags have a rubbing problem? I am thinking of going to bigger bags but would like some input before spending the money. Thanks, sean

Message: First of all, The truck looks REALLLL Nice!! One thing i'd do is paint thee door handles, expecially since u got 4 of em, make it all white. But, I've never heard of anyone running 2400 bags in the front of ANY truck, even an S10! U really should be able to put 2500 in the front and 2600 in the back, i think that's normal. I'm not TOTALLY sure tho, but someone else should be. If anything, u might just have to grind a little off the arms or something (that's what u have to do w/ s10s,) So, I KNOW u can put 2500s in the front of a kota, I'm just not sure if u have to cut anything. Hope this helps.

Message: I run 2600's in the front and back on my '00 QC v6 the only cutting I had to do was the bottom lip of the frame cups (very simple) and I use stock lower control arms. When I first built it and tried to lift it I put 120psi to the front bags and they barely lifted, I was dissapointed. After a time of driving it though, the stabilizer bar and control arms settled in and I am able to lift it quite high on 120psi (I drive daily at 110psi) When I show it, I will boost them up over 150psi, I know guys that run them over 200psi when they are sitting. What I am saying is don't be afraid of the high pressure's, people told me that you can't run a bag over 100psi That's bull S*#t the general rule is that if your bags can still expand (they still have that squished look) you can up the pressure. I say if your 2400's (if that is indeed what they are) can still expand why not leave them?? On the same note I only fill my rear bags to 80psi max because they are as full then as they will ever get. Hope this helped.

Message: Actually I went back and discovered I am running 2500 bags not 2400. So I am not sure going to a bigger bag would satisfy my lift problem or not. I got a bigger blowjjax compressor today (was using a viaair) I am running a 9 gallon tank with dual solenoids for all wheels.

Message: What psi are you running in that photo? You're truck obviously isn’t laying frame, but can you? What about your control arms, are they DJM or custom fabricated? I'd say save your compressors for emergencies, and run a bottle instead.

Message: On second thought I take that back. You might actually be railing a little bit. I’m just so used to seeing my truck tucking rim that yours looks higher off the ground then it actually is.

Message: I am running just a little air in the photo, about 10-20psi. I cannot lay frame. On the quad cab I have a 24 gallon gas tank that hangs about an inch or so below the frame. I have not gotten into getting a smaller tank yet. My rims are 15's off a Durango and they do not tuck. I am running 60 series tires or they would rub. I thought about a tank, but figured just pay once to get the compressor and avoid the tank refilling.
