hey, i have a 1999 r/t and i wanted to lower it. what do i need? will i need shocks? i saw a djm 2"/3" drop kit for 300$ with lowering coils, 1" block, and eye hangers. is that all i need to lower it???? please help me

yes, more then likely you will need new shocks. also after the coils are installed, youll need to get realigned (alignment).... but as far as just lowering it, that kit will work. might want to buy some lower bumperstops from them, or cut yours!

I have that kit on my r/t. I have the lower control arms on the front and then the 1" block and eye hangers in the back. You will deffinately need new shocks and an alignment. Go with the front springs b/c i lost most of my turning radius with the lower control arms.

will the 2"/3" kit make it scrape if i go over ..lets say railroad tracks or an incline into a parking lot, and would i be able to fit a body kit without that scraping??

I have 2 in lower control arms and 3 to 5 in shackels and hangers for the rear of a 2000 R/T, it will be off the truck on the 10th, its going in to get bagged and i have no use for the parts...anyone interested email me at tukn18s@yahoo.com....lay em' low
