Hey all.. or anyone who can help... right now on my truck i have a 2/3 drop.. coils and blocks.. i wanna go lower.. i was talking with n8 and he suggested 2 inch Aarms and 2 inch hangers.. for a total of 4/5 drop.. does this sound like a good way to go.. And what size tires would i need so it wouldnt rub on my factory 15's.. 235/50,55 series?? any help would be appreciated thanks.. and if anyone has any links to drops of this sort pricing wise that would be great..

joe, i checked out your pic from the other post. Looks real nice. I don't know if u want to go that low with the side rail-things, and u might rub in the front with the flares, but i'm not sure, i dont have flares or the rail things. but if u want to go just another inch or 2, AND U DONT WANT TO SPEND MUCH, i'd just go with 4 in. blocks and cut the coils; . (you'd also prolly have to get rid of the front & rear bumpstops, & maybe a c-notch)
***BUT, IF I HAD THE $$, GO WITH WHAY N8 SAID; it is the best way. I'm just cheap.
And as far as if your ride is sh*tty, it's all about the shocks: get the right shocks and it'll ride great. Hope this helps.

Hey dan.. since those pics the rails are gone so i have room there but flares are there still yes..
I think i would like to go the 4/5 because i want that low look.. i dont wanna c-notch cause ive cut my truck up already with the stereo and just hate cutting my baby..LOL and cuttin springs i wont do.. ive seen it done and didnt like it at all.. and i have nitro shocks.. maybe a new set will be better cause theese ones have been on for a year..lol

yea dont cut the springs......b/c if u cut on to low then u gotta cut the other.....and might f them up and end up buying new ones...and the flares i would leave on...u might like how they look...it seems ugly but look at the chevys they look good lowered and they have flares....
