I just bought the Hotchkis front 2 inch drop coils and the Hotchkis 3 inch drop rear leafs for my 99 slt with the 3.9, 5 speed. I was wondering if anybody who has installed it had any tips or tricks when installing the kit? Also i just recently bought new stock shocks for it (didn't think i would do the drop so soon), can i still use this shocks or do i have to change and if so what do you recommend?

I was told no, look back at a recent post that I did Labled "Shocks" posted on 11/29/02. It should answer all your questions.

with a small drop the pinion angle will not be harmed at all. anthing more the 5 inch drop you will have to start getting into pinion shims and other stuff, but you will be fine.
