Hi guys...I have a kota on bags, but it's still not laying frame. I need to cut out the inside of the fenders but I have to relocate some of the engine compartment...Does anyone know exactly what needs to be relocated?? Please reply or e-mail me.

basically, i think you'd need to relocate anything above the hole you're gonna cut out of fenders, so the tires won't hit it when they tuck. I don't really know specifically. By the way, what size wheels and tires do you have, so i know to go smaller when i bag mine ;) because that is also another (cheaper) way to lay instead of cutting the fenders. but that depends what size rims u have now. That's about all i can help. I'd actually also like to know what you'd have to relocate.

well well, if your just going to cut out minimal you'll have to relocate the fuse box and antilock brake unit and maybe tweek the brake lines a little, the factory air intake will have to go bye, bye, and most aftermarket one get supported by the fenderwell so you might have to make either a custom braket or put on a nice chrome round one. if your gonna ditch the whole fenderwells for clearance then that gets more envolved....everything will need custom mounting brackets, have to put in smaller battery such as a yellow top, and turn it sideway, rework the brakelines a bit, and you'll be surprised when you see how much polution stuff their is to move. well hope this helps. my 99 is body dropped on 18's. if you want a pic of the engine compartment shoot me an email and i'll send you one.....well.....l8r
