Subject: Dropoing it and hows it handle ?? IP: Logged
Message: My r/t is stock height for now , Debating on lowering but have few questions , First the bump steer is already hooribale in my Dak . Like at 70mph hit some bumps and it changes lanes Anyhody else have this problem ?? I hate that ! But does lowering them make it worse ? Is there anyway to fix this bumpsteer problem ?? Thx

Message: For the most part, yes. Lowering a vehicle (Mustang, Truck, whatever) will increase bumpsteer, but mine was sorta fixed when I went to the alignment specs from the company I used to drop my truck. Do a search online, there are much better places that can tell you how to fix bupsteer than I ever could. You pretty much have to play with the geometry of your suspension, there aren't really any bolt-ons that just cure the solution.
