 Subject: help lowerin my 94

OK this might be kind of long so I apologize in advance. I want to lower my 94 rc shortbed 3.9er. I am planning on doing a 2/3. if I use 3 inch blocks in the rear do I need to worry about pinion angle? also where do I find GOOD cheap spindles to drop the front. I want a smooth ride and better handling. if any of this sounds out of line let me know. thanks for the help. oh and one last thing where do I find a hellwig front sway bar I found a rear and just need the front.
