Subject: AIM 2" Hanger IP: Logged
Message: Considering my finanical distress at the present time I have decided to lower my 98 Dakota Ext. Cab 2" instead the 2"3" which I had hoped to do. I am looking at a hanger part # HAN-DK97XXA at AIM Industries. Has anyone used it and is it a quality part. Install should not be a problem because I currently have bed off frame for overall re-paint. What I really want is just to level truck without shifting weight in the rear causing front end to come up!! Anybody used it?? Any opinion's? Thanks in advance for your informative replies.

Message: dont get nuthing from AIM or Chassis Tech. I used the hanger kit on my truck and didnt lower it like it was supose to. Go to www.godfathercustoms.com or call them at 1888-844-8800 and tell them what you want. I got a pair of 2" hangers for $99 plus $7.95 shipping.
If your going to fixup your ride, do it correct the first time and buy quality parts. Dont do what i did and try to go the cheap way.... you only pay more in the long run gettin it fixed.

Message: AIM sucks all around.. Lowering & Lifting. They seriously screwed my truck up. I finally got my truck back running but that was after being dead for 4 months and about $5,000 later.
