ok iam lowering my R/T and iam going with the 2" coils up front and the 2" leaf mounts and 1" blocks in the rear but the question i have is do i have to shim the rear for my pinion angle or just put on the mounts and the 1" blocks and itll be ok.but will the front be ok just get a front alignment and cut the bump stops on both. please help with any info.so i can do this right the first time. thanks

Ok for the front you will need to cut off half the bump stops. The rear pinion angle,? cant say until the job is complete. you will need to look under truck when truck is at full rest on ground to see if the driveline is straight in line with the rear pinion gear. If it isnt there is a way to meassure for angle with a angle level $ 3.oo some tool shops have it. even the tire shop should have one. The front end will be way off so be prepared for a wild ride to the alignment shop. The most the rear pinion angle will be off will be approx 2-4 degrees. There are shims for this, inexpensively, if ya cant find them Bell tech sells them.12.00 pr. Good luck you will like the Dak dropped I do alot, I went with the Hotchkis 3" rear drop leaf springs and 2" front coils, the angle correction is built into there rear drop springs.SO all ya do is install and align, and have Fun..
