How big of a c-notch would I need to get the clearance so i can lay frame with an airbag setup?

it depends on how big of rim and tire you are running. usually people do a step notch when runnning baggs. if running a small rum (like 17") you can take the notch to the bed without cutting the bed. if you had a 20" you would have bring the notch through the bed.

my friend bagged his R/T with the same tire you have and he cut the center of his bed out. you MIGHT not have to do it, but it will be close.

talk to a shop that has done a dakota on 18's and see what they have to say

I was running bags on my 2000 dakota with 18x8.5's. I can tell you from my own experience that the only way you're gonna lay frame is with a step notch. and even with a notch you're gonna have to 4-link your rear to get it all the way down. I used a 8" step notch on mine and i can tell you with any size step notch you use you're gonna have to cut out a section of your bed. if you need anymore help or some pics of how mine is setup, feel free to lemme know.
