I finally got 18's that will tuck. I got Alba Bertha's. They 18x7.5 with 6" backspacing.Check this link out to see what they look like on a Durango www.albawheels.com/alba/vwoc/2001durango.htm. Oh yeah I have two other sets of 17's for sale. I have a set of Billet specialties twisted talledega 6 and a set of Rage rims from Discount tire. The Rage are 17x8 and Billet specialties are 17x7. Neither one will tuck on bagged truck. Have 3 tires too.

I am looking for a set of wheels that will tuck also. What styles of Alba wheels can they make in the needed backspacing and our lug pattern? Did you order the wheels blank and have them drilled? I would love any help that you can offer!! Thanks!!

Got to Albawheels.com and go to vwoc or view wheels on car and look at the wheels they carry for dakota. Or you can talk to Budnik, Billetspecialties,Boze, or Boyd Coddington and get some made to your specifications. Also check out Superbuytires.com they have a lot of wheels for are truck.NO I didn't have toget them redrilled.

Thanks for the info lowdak....I am gonna get the Lekos for my truck. I currently have Centerlines with 5.5" of backspacing on an 8" wheel and no luck with tucking there. I was gonna get another billet wheel, but I'm getting tired of polishing them!!

I have one last question...what offset did you get on those wheels. I e-mailed them and they told me that they could make it in a +21mm offset....did you get the +42 or +45 offset?

just a FYI, but for about $100 each you can have thoes billet specialties re-hooped with any offset and width you want.

i got mine re-hooped at intro wheels. (that was before i found out that i could get them straightened for $65) and they did a wonderfull job.
luckily for mem, im 20 min from them and boyd's shop, so i dont know how much charging will be (to so.cal)
but anyhoo here is the number to introwheels.
