Would i have any problems if i put 22 inch rims with a set of 40 series nitto tires i mean cleareance wise or anything else i have 32x12x16 tires on now and have no clearance probs but want some rims

Overall Size of your current 32x12x16 is going to depend on the type of tire that you have.. Brand & Model.
A Nitto 305/40R22 114V NT-404 is actually 31.5" Tall and 12.09" Wide.
If your 32x12x16's are larger then that you should be fine.
The Nitto 555R tires don't come in a size large enough for the 22" wheels.
