 Subject: belltech or western chassis? 2-4 drop

I'm trying to deside between a belltech lowering kit and a western chassis lowering kit.
The bell tech kit I am looking at includes everything springs, shakles, and shocks. The western chassis kit has springs, shackles, and hangers(what exactly are hangers). for the western I would go with toxic drop shocks. Are belltech shocks any good?
the western chassis has the "soft ride springs" how soft are they? I would like my susoension the same as stock or possible a little stiffer.
basically just looking for opinions from those that have experience or information on eather brand.
